Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Pre-orders ship on the date shown on the product page.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Metro Manila: 2 to 3 business days
- Provincial: 5 to 7 business days
Shipping fees

Courier
We ship via J&T Philippines. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delays
Weather, holidays and peak seasons can occasionally cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, message us and we’ll look into it right away.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping, and an extra shipping fee may apply.
